As a member of the Homeowner's Association, you can reserve our beautiful and spacious clubhouse for your next gathering. Whether it's a birthday party, family reunion, or even a regular meeting, our clubhouse is the perfect place to host your event. Don't wait - book your reservation today and make your event one to remember. Please Note: You will need to make reservations for each hour (e.g. If you want to reserve the Clubhouse for 3 hours, you will need to select 3 hours.) In addition, a Clubhouse Reservation does not entitle you to reserve the Pool. The pool is open to all GreenHill Parish neighbors during the normal pool operating hours.
Cancellation Policy
By Reserving the Clubhouse, you agree to follow all Terms and Conditions specified in the GreenHill Parish Clubhouse Reservation Agreement, and furthermore agree to follow all GreenHill Parish HOA Rules and Regulations as specified in the Governing Documents. Furthermore, you or another member of the GreenHill Parish Homeowners Association reserving this facility must remain at the Clubhouse at all times while a function is being held. You are responsible at all times for the actions of all attendees while the facility (or a portion thereof) is reserved for use by your party.
