Neighbors, The HOA Board would like your suggestions for neighborhood improvements. We are trying to get ahead of issues and are looking at projects within 6 months to a year; 1-3 years; and 3-5 years or longer. Please send your suggestions to us for possible inclusion on our plan. We can't guarantee we can do it all (such as a golf course...) but we will consider it. If you have an idea, please send it to us or speak with a board member.
Here is what we have so far:
Strategic plan for 6 months - 1 year; 1 – 3 years; 3-5 years and beyond.
6 months - 1 year
· Acquire new cameras (completed 8/7/24)
· Complete painting on clubhouse railing
· Trim bushes at exits on Oldfield and entrance to circle (Completed Nov 24)
· Tree limbs trimmed at central park, retreat parks, Oldfield parks, around clubhouse. (Completed Nov 24)
1-3 years
· Get new street signs
· Redo hardwood floors in clubhouse
· Paint all inside of clubhouse
· Replace pool gates
· Fix potholes/cracks in gated section (Completed Sept 24)
3-5 yrs or longer
· Sod parkway (ongoing project every year)
· Redo bridges in nature area
